-while.-

And
while people mill all around me saving the world and making the world a better place for kids, doing last-minute revision for nonexistent tests, making out in their very own world down at the corner of the stairwell, I stare at the downward spiral of slightly mouldy-coloured scum (going down the drain, yes, that's it) that's beginning to be a semblance to my stagnant life.

Sheesh.

School bazaar today. And after sitting--let's see, four hours?-- in the hall, pouring glitter all over the floor, personalising pens with green sand, playing hangman, longlong talks about ouija, and freezing the hair off our heads; we finally finally got off our tired butts and headed down for the action. Which was, actually, pretty much more than we expected, even though some stalls ahem, ahem were a pretty big disappointment.

Love my henna. (or however you spell it)

Tear by tear
Whisk me away
Bring me so far
Until there's nothing left to say

Cell by cell
Turn slowly to ice
Numb, so numb
All my emotions freeze inside

Thought by thought
Slipping from my mind
Soon they'll be gone
Numbness all you leave behind

One by one
The tears they dry
Turn up the hurt
But there's nothing left to hide

End.
